Assimilate THIS! I don’t want a Flash designer who dabbles with Flex. I need a hardcore Flex dev with commercial experience in enterprise level RIA architecture.

Resistance is futile.

My client needs someone to captain their ship (well, their web application) through to its Next Generation. It will be Flex but my client needs someone to tell them how it should be, why it should be that way, and then MAKE IT SO!

As Captain you’ll not only be instrumental in architecting this system, but also building a crew of minions to assist you in conquering the World Wide Web. You’ll need your universal communicator for contact with all intergalactic species, including those who wear suits, and those who speak geek.

If you want to take the helm of this ship then this is your technical checklist:

• Adobe Flex, MXML and OO ActionScript 3.0
• Proven ability to balance RIA performance with functionality
• Commercial experience with formal design patterns – Cairngorm, PureMVC
• Enterprise-level database driven apps – data relationships, triggers, events
• PHP and the best way to interface it with Flex

• Phaser, jump suit and vacuum packed field rations

...Ok so the last one isn’t mandatory.
