Rich Internet Applications – New Development

The Client: An established ‘software as service’ provider with 10 years in the Australian online sector. With a goal to send their product global, they are now seeking a team of Flex developers to take their traditional HTML system and turn it into a dynamic rich internet application.

The Role: You, as Lead Flex Developer will be collaborating with a small team of dedicated, intelligent IT professionals, designing and developing the information architecture and user interface (GUI) for an enterprise level internet application.

You will be required to balance the application’s functionality with defined performance benchmarks. Most of all, you will be required to champion Flex as the solution.

You: Demonstrably proven experience developing corporate applications in Flex.

Technical requirements:

• OOP ActionScript 3
• MXML
• Flex 2 and 3
• Adobe AIR (Apollo)
• Design patterns – Cairngorm, PureMVC
• Flash Remoting, PHPAMF, WebOrb
• User interface and interaction design
• Enterprise level database
